Second Chances. Lasting Change.

Empowering justice-involved young adults to transform their lives and communities through education, employment, and support.

WELCOME

Project Pinnacle is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization dedicated to redirecting emerging adults between the ages of 17-25 years old, who have been charged with a non-violent felony offense for the first time. Founded by the Honorable Asha F. Jackson, our program offers participants a genuine second chance—providing life-changing resources, skill-building, mentorship, and upon successful completion, full dismissal and sealing of their charges. We don’t just believe in rehabilitation—we invest in transformation. Our participants leave with more than a clean record; they leave with purpose, self-worth, and the skills to thrive.

The Pinnacle Approach

We believe young people deserve an opportunity to reach their Pinnacle, the best version of themselves.

Our 12-month program is designed around three core principles:

  • Education: GED programs, vocational certifications, financial literacy, and career planning.
  • Employment: Resume building, job placement services, and professional branding workshops.
  • Community Support: Monthly skill-building sessions, mentoring, social recovery initiatives, and service projects.

Each participant’s journey is rooted in accountability, healing, and growth.

Program Accomplishments

Recidivism is the tendency of a person to reoffend after serving a sentence. Project Pinnacle combats this cycle by providing first-time, non-violent offenders ages 17–25 with a structured, year-long program that includes education, vocational training, mentorship, and community support. This holistic approach has reduced the recidivism rate among graduates to just 3%, far outperforming the national average of 43% and Georgia’s average of 27%.

Equipping participants with the education, skills, and professional development needed to thrive in today’s job market. Through GED programs, vocational certifications, resume building, interview preparation, and professional branding workshops, participants gain the tools to secure and sustain meaningful employment.

Mentors play a vital role in guiding participants on their journey toward personal and professional success. Mentors offer encouragement, accountability, and real-world insight that help participants apply life skills beyond the program.

Transforming lives and communities through education, employment, and community support.
